These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Modular MBBS mobile application and related services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The App is intended for MBBS students and adult learners. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent where required.
2. Accounts & device binding
Access to the App is tied to your registered email and the device you sign in from. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. Accounts may be limited to a maximum number of devices.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any study content available in the App, and not to attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content, or interfere with the service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
4. Content & intellectual property
Study materials in the App — including notes, videos, quizzes, past papers, flashcards, and clinical content — are the property of Modular MBBS or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only.
5. Access tiers
The App may offer demo and premium access levels. Premium or extended access, if offered, is managed by administrators. The App does not currently process payments through in-app purchases.
6. Disclaimers
Modular MBBS is a study and exam-preparation tool. Its content is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for clinical judgment. We do not guarantee any specific academic result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modular MBBS and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
